Keeps Loosing Calibration

This program is good but I constantly have a problem with calibration. While using it, I put my iPad down for a minute. When I pick it back up, many times, the same area I was looking at is WAYYYYY off. Im talking maybe 90* off!

Sometimes its so bad that I have to shut the program down and restart...a few times!
I wish there was a way to manually calibrate. Even when I restart the program, its way off and I have to HOPE that the auto calibrate kicks in.
